This company is awesome. Quick, proficient, and very professional. Came through me for me within a moment's notice; the tech arrived within 30 minutes on two separate occasions, as was promised during the phone calls. Great scheduling team. Excellent experience with Itamar. I would highly recommend and would also call them again if I needed to (hopefully won't have to).

David came on time, laid out some lock options for me, then immediately got to work. I really appreciate how responsive this company is with regard to scheduling, and I'm particularly pleased with the level of customer service I received overall. My locks were changed in less than an hour, and I'm happy with the brand I chose, too. Now that this is finished, I feel totally secure in my new home. I'd recommend David and DC Locksmith Squad in a heartbeat.

This is simply the BEST emergency locksmith company in the DMV area. I have lived in the area for 3 decades. I have now dealt with them multiple times at my home and at the office (during rush hour, right before a major holiday with a lock jam). They are not only incredibly professional but really responsive to your situation. David, company owner, not only runs a incredibly effective operation but is also actively involved and will go the extra mile to resolve your particular issue. They are fast, responsive and they follow up. Their prices are incredibly reasonable considering the fast high-end service they provide. Would not use anyone else.

The entire process of working with DC Locksmith Squad has been incredible. I called them at 10:45 pm and someone actually picked up! I scheduled an appointment for the next day, at my preferred time (a window of 6 - 7 pm). The locksmith called me on his way over to my place and was super knowledgeable once he arrived. He gave me information on building code, safety tips, how to use my new lock, and more. Excellent all around!

David is outstanding!! After my key got stuck in the lock, David personally came to fix the lock at 10pm on a weeknight. This is hands down the BEST customer service I've ever seen. Not only was he professional, but he diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. This is the only locksmith service I will use in the future!

Absolutely fantastic service! I accidentally locked myself out of the house around 8:45 AM and was back inside by 9:30 AM! Super fast response time was greatly appreciated. Once arrived, the locksmith was able to open my door before I could finish filling out the paperwork. I'll be saving the DC Locksmith Squad's phone number in case I ever need them again. Thank you for the wonderful help!

Dave is a problem solver, service oriented and, more importantly, results oriented. My issue was not straightforward and was one several locksmiths I contacted prior either couldn’t understand the nature of problem or understood it but declined to even try to resolve it. Not Dave. He accepted the assignment, overcame a few pretty daunting hurdles, and ultimately got a tough job done at a reasonable price. Now, if ever I have any issue involving a lock in my home or business, I’m going to save myself time some time, money and frustration by making Dave my first call. Five stars (only because 5 is the max)!

This company is excellent! My locksmith, David Maharishi, was here on time, was patient, professional and he opened my BMW in literally 30 SECONDS!!! I was filling out paperwork and by the time I was done the door was open. If you’re in Washington and locked out of your car, these are the guys to call!

Dave, the owner tried to help me fix my lock over the phone for 30 minutes, while dealing with other calls, in order to save me the fee (which is better than his competitors) of him coming out. Ultimately, I could not fix my door knob and lock and asked him to come out at 10:30PM on a Monday night. He said he'd be here in an hour and he was. I called him because I know I had paid way too much to another company for minor services. He fixed the lock - good as new - and at a cheaper price. I will always call DC Locksmith Squad from here on. Thanks!

David is as efficient as it gets when it comes to changing locks. Gave me a very reasonable estimate, finished the job precisely in terms of accuracy (no bends or faulty work) and showed me how each lock worked before he left. Sometimes you just need a good locksmith - and I’m glad I found him!

I went outside for a quick second to water my plants only to realize I had locked the door behind me, leaving my keys/shoes/wallet/fresh bacon just inside. Needless to say I was in a terrible mood and was not very nice to the locksmith guys on the other end of the phone. Nevertheless, my man showed up fairly quickly with a smile and popped the door open in about 30 seconds. While I don't fully understand the economics behind charging $99 for a flick of the wrist, I really appreciated his friendly attitude and extremely handsome face. Thanks locksmith squad!

This team is no joke. They did a high quality job on installing and replacing a lock at my apartment, in addition to walking me through future lock improvements and key replacement options.
